Since you asked it.. I’m saying this not because i want to beg for your sympathy, okay?

Well… let’s see… ever wonder why did i wear my hat all the time? Actually… my hat is a birthday present from my mom 8 years ago, and.. that’s the last present i ever receive from her ever since.. She pass away in a fire at my house 8 years ago..

Back then, my hair is still very long when i’m still a teenage boy.. I will never forgive my dad for what he had done to us.. That day, my dad was drunk as usual when i was back home, and.. he suddenly gets angry with me and start pulling my long hair and yell, scolding me why keeping my hair so long that looks like a girl..

Then.. he started to pour the alcohol from his bottle in his hand, on my hair and burning it up with a lighter… I was so scared and start crying and running around the house trying to pull off the fire on my head.. but then… i tripped and fell and the fire caught up with the window curtain and.. my house starting on fire.. my dad went panic and run outside the house leaving me alone in the house..

It was then my mom that come back from working saw the incident.. she rescued me.. but… she failed to save herself.. and died because trapped in the house..

Ever since then, the doctor said my hair stop growing anymore due to the damage the fire done to my hair cell..

So i had my hat on my head all the time ever since then.. because i can’t stand with my school friend teasing with my bald head.. and also i don’t want to see my head too, which will reminds me of the incident and makes me feel sad.. by wearing my hat, it makes me feel that my mom is always by my side and giving me the strength to face the world..

It doesn’t helps.. so.. i decided to transfer to other school.. that’s when and why I went to Gekkoukan High School.

I still fear of fire even now, which is why my fire magic cannot grow any stronger, because deep inside me, my fear of fire had suppress the growing of my fire magic..

well… that pretty much sums everything up.. and… sorry.. i can’t continue anymore.. sob.. let me rest for a while.. i missed my mom so much now.. :’(

Junpei nodded slowly. He was glad that Minato forgave him. He looked up when he sensed Minato leaning closer to him, then his eyes widened when the boy pressed their lips together. Junpei gasped shallowly into the kiss before pulling away, staring at Minato with a dark blush coloring his cheek. “Wh-what was that?” he asked, sounding alarmed. He swallowed as he thought about the implications of what had just happened…. Junpei was speechless, but the strangle tingle on his lips wouldn’t go away. He touched his own lips softly, wondering. He wanted to try it again but the stupid nurse came back. Junpei grudgingly sat at Minato’s bedside once more, his hands balled into fists on his knees. He was itching to kiss Minato again and hoped the nurse would hurry up and leave. He supposed he should also let Minato eat first too, because he wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to stop kissing him once he started.
